How It Works

Clients on a full-time staffing contract earn free shift credits at key milestones:

3 Months

1 free shift

Start earning rewards from your very first quarter of partnership.

6 Months

+2 free shifts

Deepen your partnership and unlock additional complimentary shifts.

12 Months

+3 free shifts

Our most committed partners receive the greatest rewards — up to 6 free shifts per year.

(Each shift equals a standard 8-hour shift.)

Program Requirements

To qualify for the Partnership Rewards Program, clients must:

  • Maintain a full-time contract schedule (minimum 8 hours per day, ongoing)
  • Remain in good standing with invoicing and payment terms
  • Maintain consistent staffing volume throughout the contract period
  • Participate under a signed service agreement

Program Terms & Conditions

  • Rewards are earned only after each milestone is successfully completed
  • Free shift credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • If staffing volume drops below full-time commitment, rewards are forfeited
